Elf The Musical
The Christmas tradition hits Spokane!
Why see Elf The Musical?
Son of a Nutcracker!
There's a visitor from the North Pole in town, and we aren't talking about Santa. Buddy the Elf hits Spokane this winter to spread his festive cheer, loud and clear! Based on the 2003 New Line cinema hit starring Will Ferrel, and directed by Kathie Doyle-Lipe, the Spokane Civic Theatre throws open its doors to the all-singing, all-dancing, larger-than-normal Elf!
Elf: The Musical has fast become a theatrical Christmas tradition among families worldwide - it's fun for all ages to enjoy!
What Is Elf About?
Elf follows Buddy the Elf, an orphan who found himself in the North Pole after crawling into Santa's bag of gifts. Raised as an Elf, it wasn't until Buddy grew that he realised he didn't quite fit in. Beginning to realise he's actually a human, Buddy receives permission off Santa to travel to New York in order to find his Father, and his true identity.
This adventure, already complicated for Buddy, turns out to be a lot larger than first expected - he must also help some New Yorkers remember the true meaning of Christmas!
